Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Personalized or custom-made products may require additional processing time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing or production has started.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has started.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photo evidence

Approved claims are resolved through replacement only. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.
