Personalized Products
All personalized or custom-made products are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, customized mugs, cards, or any product made specifically for you.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Personalized Items Only)
To be eligible for a return:

Damages and Issues
